We have had to weigh options, get input from our village and ponder how to finish off our 2024 season with fun, family and lots of Championships. And we hope we have found option that offer a great weekend of showing on September 14 & 15.
September 14 will be our rescheduled show #1 which means we are moving our Championship & Open Show #4 to September 15. But we have several options for competitors to consider so that we can give our show family every chance to show in our Championships classes!!
Options:
Scores from the September 14 show will count towards qualifying for the Championship classes on September 15!!!
o Please write on your September 14 entry form that you want to use your scores to qualify for the Championship Class on September 15.
o Enter the Championship Class on September 15 and write on your entry form that you will be trying to qualify on September 14.
§ If you do not get your qualifying scores on September 14, your Championship entry fee will be refunded! Or you can move your ride to an open class if you would like and be refunded the difference.
Can’t make the show on September 15 but are qualified for a Championship Class?? You can enter the September 14th show and ride your Championship a day early!!
o Write the September 15 Show Championship Class number on your September 14th entry form and pay the Championship class fees.
o Write on your entry that you are showing your Championship ride on September 14.
o Write on your entry if you don’t qualify for the Championship class if you want your ride to be moved to an open class
o You will be placed in the Championship Class on September 15 and your ribbons and prizes will be mailed to you!
